Can I help students reset their passwords?

We recommend asking students to first try resetting their password on their own by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the login page at www.learn.oksensay.com. This is the quickest and most secure method.

However, if a student is unable to access their email or needs immediate support, educators can manually reset a password by following these steps:

  1. Log in to www.school.oksensay.com 
  1. From the left menu, click on “Student List” or “Students”
  2. Click on the email of the student whose password you want to reset
  1. Click “Change Password”
  1. Enter the new password
  2. Click “Save”
