I am Hsinchu APP user. Why do some students’ statuses still appear as “pending”?

The students will appear as “Pending” if they have not logged in to the Hsinchu APP and clicked the Sensay logo. Once the student logs in via the Hsinchu APP and clicks the Sensay logo, their status will appear as “Active”.
