I invited a student into a Class, but the student did not receive an email from Sensay to register their Student Account. What should I do?
First, check if the email address existed BEFORE you invited the student to Class. If the email was created AFTER you already invited the student to the Class, our email system will automatically block the registration email from being sent. You will have to manually register the account by going to learn.oksensay.com.
If the email address did exist, please ask the student to check their SPAM folder. If you still cannot find the registration email from Sensay, please delete the student from the Class, and try inviting them again. If the issue persists, please email us at support@oksensay.com.
