I’m a 1Campus teacher. There are some mistakes in my synced roster(s). For example, missing or incorrect students.
Sensay cannot control or edit the Student Rosters that are synced from 1Campus. Please contact your school administrator to check if the errors were in the original Student Roster data. If so, they need to update the information. After the data has been fixed, please click “Sync with 1Campus” again in Sensay to see the revised Student Rosters.
