What does Pending and Active student status mean?

Pending status means the student account has not been registered yet. Active means the student account has been registered, and a password has been set. To register a student account, the student needs to log into the email used for the student account, find the email sent from Sensay, and click the link in the email to set their name and password, and click Save.

If you are using 1Campus or the Hsinchu APP, Active status means the student has logged into 1Campus and/or Hsinchu APP, and has clicked on the Sensay logo to log in. If the student has not logged in via the 1Campus or Hsinchu APP yet and clicked on the Sensay logo, they will show as Pending.
